Understand what? "Harajuku" isn't a style. I know this for a fact; and to think you live there (or assuming you do since you said "come") and don't know it is pretty sad. XD Sure, you can say it's street fashion or whatever, but you can't fit all of those styles into one by naming it after the place where the kids simply hang out.

yes, some of them were actually cosplaying, lol. cuz I swear I think I remember one of those cosplay costumes...vaguely remember seeing a character like that in a video game. or maybe it was in an anime, lol can't remember x_x
