Because Littlekuribo made a video advising people to make abridged series and when it gets popular you stop making it for a long time. It was meant to be a joke but I have a feeling people take it seriously. I don't know whether that's the case here but it's sort of a pattern where they seem to stop after the 15th episode for a while.
